Lipid phosphate phosphohydrolase 3 (LPP3) is a member of the phosphatidic acid phosphatase (PAP) family. LPP3 catalyzes the conversion of phosphatidic acid to diacylglycerol. In addition it hydrolyzes lysophosphatidic acid, ceramide-1-phosphate and sphingosine-1-phosphate (Ref: SWISSPROT).
Confirmed by over-expression of human LPP3 cDNA.
Application Information:
Western Blotting (WB) and Flow cytometry (FACS). For WB, the recommended concentration is 2-3 µg/ml. The LPP3 protein has a predicted length of 311 residues and the MW of the monomer is 35 kDa. For FACS, the recommended concentration is 2.0 µg/ml. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
